Good morning everybody! One of the typical photos in Iceland is the famous icelandic horses, that we see a lot on photos of that island… similar to ponies (smaller horses), with longer horsehairs, they adapted very well to Iceland’s weather conditions. It’s considered a new horse breed, the icelandic horse, with scientific name: Equus ferus caballusUnfortunately, because in Iceland it’s forbidden to stop on the side of the roads, it was impossible to take the photos I wanted… And, because of the snow, ice, and winds, it could be dangerous to stop on the roads… for the traffic and for us, because we could got stuck in the snow!
